Easy logistics. Pleasant experience offered in a very cozy tavern with tables of small groups also participating . The Queimada ceremony was dramatic and we were provided with a nice guide that translate the wording used during the ritual into our language.
This wonderful experience provides insight into an old family tradition still practiced in Galician households. Maybe not with the incantations but as a social family experience after a meal. It was perfect for sharing insight into our Galician family experience with newcomers to Spain and Galicia. The venue was easy to work with and flexible when making arrangements for our large group of 10. The presentation was interesting and theatrical. The amount paid is not worth the experience. It was a disappointment, compared to those I had experienced in other times.
Having had another burning experience. This experience was a complete failure. A bar with rock music in the background and a TV on. An employee who received us exactly as if we were simply asking for a beer in a cafe, without any characterization or scenic effect. Without a doubt, I do not recommend an experience that cost €15 per person in something that, without any care in presentation or framing, nor the mystique that this type of experience should deserve. For the members of our group, it was a disappointment with a feeling of frustration.
