Unfortunately, I cannot comment; they simply moved me to another safari that I had not chosen. I discovered it by chance the night before when they informed me that the transport was headed elsewhere. I later found out that they sold me the safari when they had no availability. I had booked two months in advance; they had plenty of time to ask me if I wanted to change. Obviously, they would have lost money since I paid double compared to where they eventually sent me, and they refunded me only 10%. No assistance from Viator; they made the local tour operator handle everything; they only take commissions. Instead of consulting me beforehand, they stopped responding to emails. I felt scammed; do not trust them.
We had a great time, our cottage was nice and cosy. The food was good. We managed to see 4 among the big five animals and some more.
