We were completely satisfied with the service. Our driver Basem Hassanein Abbas had to wait a long time for us due to delays. He was very patient and friendly. Brought us safely through the wild traffic to our hotel very late at night. Thank you very much for that!!!
I would like to express my deep gratitude to Muhammad Rady for the warm meeting and trip from the airport to the hotel. The acquaintance turned out to be very friendly and sincere, as well as many interesting historical facts, we managed to discuss during the conversation. Dear Muhammad, I was very glad to meet you!
I wanted to give an honest review based on both the positive and negative parts of our experience. First, the airport pickup when we arrived went very smoothly. Our driver, Mohamed, was extremely professional, patient, and understanding, especially since our luggage was delayed. Driving in Cairo traffic can be very intense, but he drove carefully and made us feel safe throughout the ride. We truly appreciated his professionalism and kindness. Unfortunately, the issue came with our hotel pickup for our return flight to the airport. I had already provided the company with our flight information, which departed at 4am. When I emailed to confirm the pickup, they initially scheduled the driver for 3:30am, which was clearly not enough time to reach the airport, check luggage, and go through security. After I explained that pickup should be around 1am because airport travel and check-in can take quite a while, they finally confirmed the earlier pickup time. However, the driver never showed up at 1am, and there was no communication through Email or WhatsApp. By 1:05am, I had no choice but to order an Uber to avoid missing our flight. The Rimo driver finally contacted me around 1:35 AM saying he was on the way and would arrive around 1:50am, which was far too late for an international flight. At that point, I was already almost at the airport. I do not blame the driver personally, as this seems more like a scheduling and management issue. However, the company urgently needs to improve its airport transfer coordination and communication processes, especially for international travelers with early-morning flights.

A great option between over priced hotel cars and Uber. Mike was there to pick us up early.
Airport transfer to Zamalek. Super service from Emad Hamed. He met us outside the arrivals hall. Journey was smooth and Emad was courteous, professional and full of helpful tips to navigate around Cairo. Would highly recommend and Emad was great
