We had an excellent experience with Rimo Tours! The service was professional, reliable, and well-organized. Our driver, **Mohammed Rady**, was very polite, friendly, and punctual. He kept us informed about his arrival and made the transfer comfortable and stress-free. We really appreciated his professionalism and attention to detail.
Highly recommended! We would definitely choose Rimo Tours again and would be happy to travel with Mohammed Rady in the future. Thank you for the great service!

Great, safe, on time
My driver was mohamed yousif. He arrived early to the hotel so he was ready to leave as soon as I had checked out. I had booked 4am pick up to get to Cairo airport for a 7:20am flight to London. We were at the airport by 7:25am. Safe driving. Friendly person, I felt safe in the car as a 34 year old female travelling alone at 4am.
Thank you Mohamed.

Mohammed Mohsen is an extremely enthusiastic and responsible driver and guide.
Mohammed Mohsen is an extremely enthusiastic and responsible driver and guide. We were late because of our own reasons, and he patiently waited, then drove us to the airport as quickly as possible to be on time. Along the way, he heard my friend coughing, and he even got out of the car to buy water and give it to my friend. Very touched! After we separated, we had some difficulties with travel, and he kindly helped us answer questions until late at night, giving us the greatest help ❤️

Late for half an hour, almost missed our flight
Since I had great experience from the airport to hotel, so I booked another trip to the airport the my departure day. This is a total disaster. We almost missed our flight. I booked a pickup @6am. And I sent a WhatsApp msg to the driver. Never heard back anything. I then asked the hotel receptionist to call the driver, he said would be here in 15mins. At the same time, I contacted the agent, regarding this issue. He told me the driver would arrive in 1 min. Never happened. They kept changing the stories. And meanwhile, no updates from the driver at all. Finally, he arrived at 6:27am and spent a few more mins with the hotel guard. We have to fly around the airport to catch our flight. This is a complete disaster for us. I would not recommend this company if you are in a timely manner. In the end, the driver told us that he was late because he had a car breakdown. I don’t buy his story. And we still give him tips.
