The Orsay is the worst place in Paris for anyone with mobility issues. I was in a wheelchair so I know. In the first place, the elevators were very poorly marked and the staff clearly didn't know where they were. The main floor is all arranged on step-like rooms that are next to impossible to see. It was a huge disappointment.
I am sorry but I don't find your name among my clients.Very surprising;I didn't have any visitor on a wheelchair this year! The Orsay museum is a modern building and there are several elevators and the access to the paintings is really easy. It's very easy to check on for everyone.
We thoroughly enjoyed our tour of the Musée d'Orsay and our tour guide, Afsi, was exceptional, impressive and knowledgeable. She is truly exceptional!

Our guide was the best. If you can request her -I think her name was Asif. She explained the painting so well, it gave you more of an insight, than just walking around. Awesome Guide, great tour.
