Had a amazing experience with Sue - she was excellent and knowledgeable. We were a family with a baby and the schedule was accommodated (also lots of time to take photos - Sue is an excellent photographer!) We timed the trip to see the changing of the guard at the Gyeongbokgung Palace which was very special. The Bukchon Hanok Village had stunning architecture and was very nice to walk through the streets. We also stopped to see the stunning views of Seoul before ending up at the market, where Sue was kind enough to give us great recommendations. 10/10 would recommend. Thanks Sue!

Sue was a wonderful guide. Punctual, well-informed, and had lots of information and pictures on her tablet computer to enhance our experience. She is also a (very patient) Korean language teacher and taught us phrases and encouraged us to practice. Amazing experience from start to finish. The tour was very well organized and gave me a much deeper understanding of the palace and Seoul’s history. Our guide, Sue, was outstanding—very friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. She explained everything clearly and made the whole experience engaging and enjoyable. We had an amazing experience, Sue our tour guide and she was so sweet and attentive to us throughout all the day. The tour was convenient as we had a private van to ourselves, therefore we were able to see many things around the city with comfort and efficiency.

We were with Chloe/Kyung Ah who was a very professional tourist and knowledgeable on history. Everything she mentioned throughout were helpful to understand on each steps of the tour.
