Our flight was delayed and our luggage got lost so more delays - finally exiting arrivals at nearly midnight. Our driver was waiting patiently for us and could not have been more helpful. We would certainly recommend this service!

We arranged airport transportation through this Viator 3rd party shuttle service and as they claimed they were supposed to have someone greet us when we arrived. That never happened, no one showed up. We called repeatedly, and each time we were told someone was on the way. After one hour, then two and finally 3 hours, the shuttle had not arrived. We had to arrange our own Uber Ride at peak time for $77.00. The lack of pickup was frustrating enough, but the false reassurances kept us waiting when we could have made other arrangements sooner. We wasted 3 hours of our vacation. I would not recommend this service based on their lack of professionalism. Warning Viator is using a 3rd party for this shuttle service and it was very difficult to contact customer service to get the matter resolved.

I had a very long wait for my shuttle, an hour or longer. The reason I think was that I did not know there was a specific pick-up point for the shuttle. An airport worker directed me to the area where many people were being picked up by shuttles, taxis, etc., so I waited there. I called the company and someone from the company came and directed me where I needed to be. Then there was a long wait for another shuttle to arrive. The person suggested I may want to call a taxi, but I had already prepaid for the shuttle. When the shuttle finally came, everything went smoothly to the hotel. The driver was efficient and friendly. The entire experience would have been much better if I had been informed where to meet the shuttle, as I had never been to this airport before.

Waited for over an hour for pick up. When driver arrived the Van was overcrowded and had no AC. Driver was nice.

The meet up at the airport went fine, got a text after we landed. Would have been better if we knew in advance. After we checked in, it was a twenty minute wait for driver. Drive to hotel seemed dangerous driving too fast. Overall a little unorganized. Would not use again.

Verify the total cost. It was different from Viator app and the company provided the transfer. Viator did not account for extra luggage and wheelchair for medical needs to the overall cost total cost.

The trip to our hotel was fine but the van wasn't in the best shape.

We waited 45 minutes for people that didn’t show. After exiting long flights I felt this was too long

The plane was on time, I received a Call from Isaac to confirm his location, 5 minutes after landing. The van did not show up for almost an hour. Way too long to stand and wait. It was completely full as well after we went and picked up at another location.

Young man at airport was very nice. Unclear instructions when booking on where to find them, however. The driver was awful. The van was hot and he would not answer anybody that asked about air conditioning. Drove around the airport with a pretty full van for at least two hours I think looking for someone else he never explained it. He never said anything while this was going on what a delay was. It took over 3. 1/2 hours to get to our hotel, the driver was a downer only talked about everything he hated about Hawaii.. talked about a monorail for a good hour. How crooked everybody is how much oil cost etc. meanwhile, you could hear multiple people on the bus complaining about it and how hot it was. I would never use this company again.
