We had just found out that morning our little dog is 17 years passed away so we were pretty sad. But the staff was very kind and accommodating. I just wish we could have enjoyed it more. It was a bad day for us. But didn’t want to miss out on going to Mr Sanchos.
Mr Sanchos is absolutely worth every penny. It’s all you can eat and drink while you’re there. They have other activities you can purchase very reasonably, such as parasailing, horseback riding, massages, pedicure. You can spend as much time there as you want then go back to the port.
The quality of the food was below average. But the service was better And I don’t think there was much alcohol in the drinks
Once we arrived and got past the people trying to sell their items, it was smooth sailing from there. Julio took great care of us, got us all the information we needed and was concerned for our well being.
We loved this excursion at cozumel. Clean pool, ocean was so clear you could see fish in the water. You can swim up to the bar in the pool. Food and drinks were great. The best part was our server Diego. We was on top of food drinks for our family the entire day, 5 stars service for Diego!
Hilario was our waiter. We had a really good experience and the water was perfect and clean. The drinks were unlimited by the time we left we were good and tipsy
We had a wonderful time. The beach was excellent the service was impeccable the food and drinks were phenomenal the shopping was great and it was a very friendly clean safe environment
Plenty shaded places to sit. Waiters were attentive, food was good, drinks were good. Enjoyed the beach and the sand.

Enjoyed our experience there at Mr. Sanchez. David was our waiter and he was amazing. Will ask for him on our next trip as we asked for him on this trip.
