We used gps to locate pick up point and it was off do we did not connect with driver until 15 mins into our scheduled trip He agreed to take us at 4 pm instead of 3 pm which was kind of him Pick up point is in square they have an office there They use what’s app so if lost or can’t locate use that to connect Guide great ride is bumpy so if you have a bad back or pregnant I’d be concerned as it was rough Recommend trip
A regrettable experience and one to forget. The driver arrived late and did not speak Spanish (a tour in Spanish had been booked), the tour lasted only 30 minutes and it did not contribute anything. Honestly, your company gets a very bad image by hiring the service of these people. It seems like a total scam to me.

The driver was late by 15 minutes but did not extend the tour by 15 minutes. He only showed us one church and two building.
Dear customer, you certainly didn't take one of our vehicles; I see no reason why we would have conducted a 15-minute tour—barely enough time to even get moving—without any explanation or stops. We certainly wouldn't have disliked you for having to take such an absurd tour. It’s all a bit surreal.
The tuk-tuk ride saved us from walking to the upper part of Ostuni and gave us a good first impression of the city in general.

Unfortunately the meeting point was incorrect and I had to ring them. Which meant we lost 10 mins making the tour quite short. So this was disappointing. However it was fun going through the little streets in the tuk tuk. We enjoyed that. We stopped to see the incredible view and also to go in the cathedral.
Ideal for visiting Ostuni, a magnificent but very steep city. Explanations in French with Pipo, a wonderful guide.
