Photographer was over one hour late - was left standing in the rain waiting on him. Hair, etc was ruined. Photographer had no kit to assist with grooming. Photographer also didn’t seem to have the vaguest idea of what lighting and angles are. All the photos were terrible and unusable. I notified the operator of this, they did nothing, no refund, no reshoot, nothing. What a waste of money.
It was a fun and unique experience. A great way so see highlights of the city. The photographer was great and knew the best places in the city to take the pictures. He was very friendly and professional. It was a very enjoyable experience. Would highly recommend
