We arrived promptly at the initial meeting point and a taxi driver arrived with our name who took us to the rendezvous point to wait for our coach, with others waiting with us. A Kariba bus arrived and we gave the female guide our name and told her that we had booked the tour of Lindos and The Springs, she abruptly told us that this wasn't our coach and to wait for the next one. The next coach arrived which was running a different tour to Lindos only, this driver told us he also didn't have our name (not unsurprisingly), he told us to ring the office (where 'Jacob' put the phone down on us twice) and was preparing to drive off and leave us stranded on the roadside! We insisted on getting on the coach and the driver relented and said that he would sort things out later! At some point on the way to Lindos the coach stopped and we were transferred onto the initial coach we had been sent away from, the guide was the same rude woman who had told us 'we' had made the mistake. The other coach had obviously been made to wait for us, and it was very humiliating getting onto the other coach where the passengers had been under the impression that we had delayed their excursion. We have had no apology, no explanation and the trip was ruined .... totally unprofessional and no accountability for their mistakes, shambles!

The whole day had a great balance between sightseeing and free time. recommended for anyone visiting Rhodes and wanting to see some of the island’s most beautiful places!

Booked and paid for our day excursion via Booking.com. Received confirmation by email. Less than 24 before departure I received a WhatsApp message stating the excursion date had to be changed to a different date. At this point, no explanation was given and no apology. The alternative date was not suitable due to other commitments. I asked for the trip to be cancelled and a full refund issued, but was told they couldn't not do this because I hadn't booked directly with them. Instead, I spent several hours sending emails to Booking.com, who were unaware the trip wasn't going ahead, to try and secure a refund. This was eventually processed. Although I received an apology from Booking.com, not once did I receive an apology from Kariba Travel. I ended up booking a boat trip to Lindos instead from Rhodes Town with Rhodes Sealines, which was absolutely brilliant. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I could not recommend Kariba Travel.

Overall trip was nice and the guide was very sweet. However, we didn’t have a lot of time at the Seven Springs so we didn’t not see them. I guess because the trip was delayed- some traffic issues. So of course they cut time at the springs. Time at Lindos was nice. Acropolis and info from the guide was interesting.

Well, except to visit Lindos, good legs!! We forgot for the weakest, a path, for car to get up there I'm 75 years old and under 37 degrees, forget me. I was terribly disappointed, because I was rejoicing. Consider making a road passable for seniors,or a mini bus service A.Marski

It was a beautiful trip. The driver picked us up from the hotel on time. The guide was very nice and explained everything very well in English. Water shoes should definitely be taken if you want to go through the water tunnel. Also Lindos was very nice and you have enough time to see everything. Would book trips with this company again as they are reliable.

We only did the one Excurision whilst we stayed here which was to go on the Seven Springs Waterfall and Lindos Acropolis tour with TUI/Kariba Travel The Tour is around 8 hours overall with pick up from the hotel bus stop at 8:50 Am and arrival back at the hotel around 5pm There are a lot of pick up during the tour so be prepared to be on a minibus with minimal air con for about 90 minutes, we arrived at the first stop of Seven Springs where they let you go through a water tunnel up to your ankles for about 7 minutes it’s pitch dark in there and very narrow so avoid if scared of these things, then you walk to the waterfall which does not look anything like the photo and doesn’t always have water, then you get 15 minutes free time before you’re back on the bus to Lindos, it’s a real waste of time in my opinion, 30 minutes later you’re in Lindos which has very Narrow streets full of people so not much room to walk, every street has shops either side, the Acropolis is a must see but is around 120 steep steps up with people coming from both directions, then you get around 3 hours of free time to do as you please, then the hour and half journey back, it’s a lot of wasted time in my opinion but is still cheaper than a taxi there and back which would cost you €120 euros

Bring water shoes. To see and do everything on this trip requires walking on uneven surfaces, many, many steps, some without railing and ability to find your way around.

The tour is perfectly organized. The pick up is on time. I really like Helen, that explained the tour clearly and guided us very well. We were given the choice whether we want to join the walk in the tunnel of 7 Springs or not. Also in Acropolis, whether we would go up or not. It is very good tour overall. Thank you.

The guide was very hard to understand didn't warn us off some very bad terrain at the seven springs and lindos village we didn't have enough time to see all sites
