I would not recommend this agency. In my experience, they are extremely disorganized and have serious issues with payments to the people who work with them. They also offer services without apparently having the financial capacity to properly fulfill their commitments. Overall, my experience was very disappointing, and I would strongly recommend being cautious before working with this company.

Green Trails operates with established processes, operational controls, and long-standing relationships with travelers, hotels, corporate clients, and international partners. We fully respect the right of any genuine traveler or business counterpart to raise legitimate concerns and to express opinions based on actual, verifiable experiences. However, we must also protect the company, our team, and our commercial reputation from anonymous or unverifiable allegations presented as statements of fact. If the author has genuinely had a direct experience or commercial relationship with Green Trails, we invite them to contact us through our official channels, identify the relevant reservation, service, or transaction, and provide the information necessary for an objective review. Should the authorship ultimately be established and the statements published be demonstrated to be false, materially misleading, unsupported, or deliberately intended to damage the commercial reputation and goodwill of Green Trails, the company expressly reserves all rights and legal remedies available under applicable Colombian law.
