How easy it is to use the hop on hop off service and information provided it’s very useful and an informative way to learn about cork

I tried 4 times to get on this bus. The first time was over by the city hall. When you go to the location on the map they provide they put you on the wrong side of City Hall so you're not able to get on the bus. So then I went over to another stop just across the river where they actually had a sign by the bus stop and the bus just blew by it... so I decided to go to the closest next stop and called the number to talk to a nice lady who did her best to help me out. She went on Google maps and looked at the exact location where the bus was supposed to stop, I confirmed I was there, and then she told me the bus would stop and she'd call him. The bus just blew by... So I called the lady back and there was another bus stop about a block away he had to make a loop so she said she'd call the driver again and text him and let him know I would be at the next stop and at that stop he just blew by it, that one actually had a sign. So I gave up... the lady on the phone was very cordial and nice about it and apologetic. But at some point I had to realize that I have now blown 2 and 1/2 hours of my short time in Cork waiting for a bus that doesn't give a crap if he picks me up. If you take this tour, I wish you good luck!

Very informative. Our guide, Lath, was vey helpful and witty. We loved being able to get on and off at different stops.

The recording was garbled and not understandable. We usually enjoy this way of getting to know the city, but not very helpful this time

This was a good way to get around the city, learn where points of interest are and fill your day. We did a complete circuit to decide where we wanted to spend our time. Worked well.

We only managed to fit in one stop bc of our late arrival but it was a good way to navigate around Cork City and learn the layout and some history on the day we arrived. I would definitely do it again if I return, and enjoy a few more sights along the way Do budget extra time as there was a lot of traffic which meant that we waited at least an extra half hour for the bus to arrive. The driver was very friendly and informative

It was an interesting exposure to Cork, but I would not have been disappointed if I missed it. I did learn a few things and was totally amazed at how our driver managed the narrow streets. At several points in the tour the narration was not clear due to the voice quality and outside noises.

We enjoyed the hop on hop off bus. However, the meeting place should have been specified as across from the Cork City train station instead of the suggested start which was miles from the train station!!

The bus was a great way to see Cork. Sit back and enjoy the road up on the top. Take ot twice to soak in the history! My only negative is the bus went a little fast so sometimes I wasn't able to catch the photos I wanted. But otherwise it was a perfect way to see Cork!

Our worst experience with a hop-on hop-off bus tour ever. It started ok when we were picked up on time. We did a stop at the Cork Gael and the bus was 1-1/2 hours late (they have published pick up times at each stop) and teethe 11:30 pick up time was missed altogether. there was supposed to be a pick up at 12:15 as well and we were finally picked up at 12:45. The audio on the top deck was almost impossible to make out at the volume was turned up too loud and the voice distorted. Do not recommend.
