Too much money for a view at a trophey room. Additionally we thought we won't wait in the lines (that was one selling point) but we waited every line. 530 euros for this experience is way too much.

Regarding the fast entrance, it is important to understand that there is no special ticket that allows you not to wait a few seconds at the security checkpoint. We can't guarantee that you will be the only one to get a fast track ticket, the soccer stadium receives a lot of visitors every day and many of them arrive with tickets. To say that you had to wait to get the tickets is not true because that day there was more than 1 hour waiting time to buy the tickets on the spot, time that you saved thanks to our services. In advance, the tour guide was friendly, the pickup on time. He also knew quite a bit about the Bernabeu stadium (although Atletico fan ;-) ). At the time of your booking we explained the situation and offered you a financial alternative due to the fact that the stadium is currently under construction (end of construction expected in a few months), however you did not accept and decided to maintain your visit at the expense of this option.
