I would like to be clear - I do not think VIATOR was to blame for this and I have had great viotor experiences in the past. That said, I was excited to book this tour as I had VERY limited time and wanted a guided experience to see as much as I could in my short window with a local expert. Seeing that I have had great viator experiences in this past this option felt the most reliable and professional. Unfortunately my tour never arrived at the pick up location. I waited an extra hour and called the local operator several times and received no answer. So I never went on this tour. Viator refunded my the full amount (Thank you!). All I got about 6 hours later was an email or a Whatsapp message saying "the tour had been cancelled". . . yeah, I figured as much. So my concern is not with Viator but with who they chose as the local operator. Should you wish to book this service again, I would do your best to make multiple attempts to confirm the booking. If they do not show up you must make attempts to prove you tried to reach out (as Viator requested such proof before issuing my refund). But it might be worth researching another local provider who will show up when booked.

Hyderabad Classic Half Day Tour was an excellent treat to my menu during my Last visit to Hyderabad, i have enjoyed every bit of the tour as it was professionally organized the guide was fluent in English took us to the every corner of the those monuments. located in the famous old city of Hyderabad. to end the tour delicious Snacks and Hyderabadi tea was an added delight. Thankyou guys for such an wonderful tour.

Sharing my views on this Hyderabad Classic Half Day Tour is like a chance for self-discovery the way traveling does. Take time before, a beautiful Nizams Museum followed by chaumalla palace and old city snacks and street food is amazing addition to my tour experiences.

If we talk about the Hyderabad Classic half day tour, we enjoyed a lot as it was our first trip to Hyderabad city, the tour guide was friendly the museum and the old city experience was so precious and the street food at the old city was so delicious. we had a chance to have a close look and climb the steps charminar the symbolic monument. it was great a beautiful photos of the tour we will always remember it

During our trip to Hyderabad last month we have enjoyed the half day tour of Hyderabad classic, The museum was excellent we had a chance to see the precious jewellery of the king Nizam later we have seen the old city we enjoyed the local street food and snacks. over all i rate this tour is worth excellent and good value for money

They are very good tour organisors and we had wonderful time with the one day tour in Hyderabad. They maintain well within the budget

Our pick up from our hotel was 40 minutes late. The first part of the tour we were taken to a museum, it has two wings, one of Indian history and art and the other is European. Quite a long time was spent here and we didn’t come to Hyderabad to see European art, a little time spent looking in the Indian section is more than sufficient. The second part of the tour was in the city centre viewing historical monuments which were more of an interest. The tour guide was pleasant but repeated himself with the same information which was very repetitive. This new tour needs quite a bit of refining.
