Cosimo, our driver, was incredible. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and flexible with our group. He made an unscheduled stop for us at the American WWII cemetary and added a wine tasting stop when some of our group asked about it. Highly recommend.

Cosimo was our driver and he did a great job taking us around and giving us some recommendations regarding where to go and how long to stay. He also recommended a winery to go to that day and made reservations and it was fantastic.

We had the most incredible day exploring Tuscany with our awesome driver guido! We were able to customize our itinerary to exactly what we wanted. Our driver, Leonardo, gave us a fabulous tour from Florence to San Gimignano, Siena and few extra sites. Leonardo confirmed our tour the night before and was prompt, even with crazy Florence traffic. At each stop, he was sure to highlight “must do” sights and offered much appreciated recommendations. Siena was stunning; a highlight of our trip. He was super polite and and answered the many questions we asked, a delight!

Teresa was our driver for a day trip to Siena and San Gimignano and again for a transfer from Florence to Rome. I just can't sing her praises enough. As well as being a great driver with a vast, interesting knowledge of her beautiful country she is so warm and personable you feel you have made a new friend. My husband and I visited Florence for our wedding anniversary. When my husband first contacted Beki, it was 2 am Italy's time (we hust didn't expect to receive any response until the following morning) but he did. He had had a great review from others already, but we confirmed it by experience. He responded to our questions instantly and was very communicative at suggesting places and setting up itinerary that matched with our interests. He was investigating our top priority, whether we would've liked to explore the cities more, or explore the hidden gems along the way, and adjusted the time accordingly. He had great suggestions on stores to visit, attractions to see, and places to eat. He was also very flexible, for instance, knowing that my husband loved balsamic vinegar, he altered the place we were supposed to have lunch to a wine tasting lunch which sold balsamic vinegar as well. He was very friendly and personable, always had the big smile and polite, and was very knowledgeable with a lot of side stories along the way to each destination. He truly made sure that we had the best experience and the best time in Tuscany, and we absolutely did. My husband and I highly recommend Beki's service, and we'll definitely contact him again the next time we visit Italy.
