The tour was really good! Insightful and educational. The property was very clean and well kept and the staff were very friendly and hospitable. We had a barbecue lunch while we waited for our tour to start which was also pretty good and the bourbon tasting followed. The "speak easy" was a surprise during the tour! I only wish the Uncle Nearest gift shop t-shirts were folded vs hung on hangers because they were all stretched around the neck and the bomber jackets came in different colors. I understand they want to keep in line with the green and white color theme.

Wow! An exceptional tour about the history and legacy of Nearest Green's fantastic whiskey journey. This is a MUST for anyone venturing to the Nashville area! You will not be disappointed. Try your best to get on Karen's tour. She is magnificent!

Do not take a late tour, because the store, bar, and food place closes at 5pm. They do not give extra time , if your tour runs over.

The Uncle Nearest Distillery Tour was a mind-blowing history experience! From the start, the air-conditioned party bus made the trip from Nashville incredibly comfortable, and our driver kept us entertained with fascinating Tennessee lore the whole way. Once we arrived, the guides were brilliant—their depth of knowledge about Nathan 'Nearest' Green was impressive, and they handled every question with ease. I walked away with a whole new perspective on the man who truly pioneered Tennessee whiskey. It’s an educational, fun, and premium experience that is worth every penny!
