マイアミ・サンセット＆シティーライツ・カクテルクルーズ（オープンバー付）

I booked this cruise on New Year's Eve because I thought it would be great to see the Miami skyline at sunset. Unfortunately, it was super hard to find an Uber being a holiday! I finally got one, but traffic was so bad I was sure I was going to be late for the boat. I called a few times but I didn't reach anybody. I finally arrived to Bayside Market but I couldn't find the boat launch. I called again and this time I reached someone at the boat launch and explained the situation. He told me not to worry at all, they would hold the boat for me! I felt terrible tying everybody up but I was so excited that they waited an extra five minutes to takeoff so that I wouldn't miss the ride! That meant so much! My favorite part was the end of the cruise where they stop in front of the skyline and just let you enjoy it with some music playing in the background. It felt so festive and the views were amazing! Probably one of my favorite New Year's Eve ever!

The crew was Awesome! Bartender kept the drinks flowing and the sunset was beautiful . Husband and I really enjoyed ourselves.

This is a must for couples to do if you're visiting the Miami area. My wife and i took the cruise, we really enjoyed the tour; have a lot of fun. Would definitely recommend to anyone, we stayed at the Alea / Deveraux Hotel on 4th Street which was in walking distance of the bay area as well. Had a blast.

It was a great experience, however it should be a 21 and up cruise since it's unlimited drinks on board.

Great atmosphere, drinks start flowing immediately and the tour guide is very personable and comedic during the tour.

We love this activity. There was some traffic and we’re late, they accommodated us on the next boat. Tour guide was fun. The views are unbelievable. Totally worth it for the price.

I did write a review previously, but never got a confirmation of receipt. My wife and I booked the cruise because the website stated it was a relaxing evening experience. Stated this was not a party cruise, or something of that nature. On arrival to the boat we spent almost 20 mins in a long line just to board. Once aboard the upper deck was shoulder to shoulder people with no available seating. The crowd was loud, but jovial. This was not the relaxing evening that we expected or had planned. As we left the boat one of the staff asked what was wrong. When I stated my reason he responded that we should have booked on a boat of another name. I’ll note there was also an elderly woman in a wheelchair getting aboard as we left. There were no provisions for wheelchair access that I observed aboard. On exiting I questioned the ability to receive a refund, and got a snapped response that that is not possible… no questions or concern as to why we were leaving. In all I recognize that the boat operators objective is simply load the boat to the max, with little concern for the safety or comfort of the passengers. The high score reported on your website for this excursion is obviously false advertising. I’ll note, I am a business owner for over 40 years, and recognize well managed businesses… this is not one.

It was a wonderful experience. What a fun way to capture all the area properties with a fun, guided tour of the Miami area. Beautiful weather, and the sunset scene was epic!
