Unique tour to the volcano, our guide took very nice pictures of us. The trip was really worth it

The sunset jeep tour was hands-down the highlight of my Bali trip. We were picked up from our villa at 1:30 PM and driven about two hours to Mt. Batur, where we swapped into jeeps for the real adventure. From there, we wound through a local village and climbed the mountain to a secret sunset spot far from the crowds — our group had the entire area completely to ourselves. The guides went above and beyond, snapping photos for us and handing out snacks and water once we reached the top. A special shoutout to our guide, Dewa, who took great care of us on the drive up and back through the night. He was fantastic company — we even sang karaoke together in the car — and made the whole experience feel personal and fun. Big shoutout to Dewa and Sopie

We had an absolutely unforgettable experience on this Mt. Batur sunset jeep tour! Watching the sunset from the black lava stones was spectacular and a truly magical sight.A huge shoutout to our jeep driver, Gokong, who was not only skilled but also a great photographer! He knew all the best angles and took amazing photos of us that we will treasure forever. Also want to thank our pickup driver, Wira, who was punctual, professional, and made our journey to and from the mountain incredibly smooth and comfortable.

Was picked up in Kuta 40 mins late so phoned supplier who responded straight away, but it was a 3 hour journey to the jeep, Then a 20 min drive to watch the sunset which the clouds were about so didn't see the Sunset but that's nature, then another 2.5 hours to travel back , paperwork said take swimwear so thought we would stop off at a beach but no apparently this isn't included , The trip is to long for what's involved and it's a tiny Suziki jeep not the proper jeep experience, The Driver was fantastic friendly and taking photos, but the information of the trip needs updating to explain the truth and the itinerary.

Great trip to see a magnificent volcano and we were so lucky with the weather. But - what a long trip! It took 3 hours to get there - and the same back to and from Seminyak ( expertly driven by our driver Dewa Gugun) who negotiated the very busy and crazy traffic with ease and skill). We stopped at a beautiful restaurant en route for a quick lunch with breathtaking views of Mt Batur and the crater lake. From then it was only a further 30 mins to the off-road company. We were met by Mangku and Jhow who took us up to a lava field and up to the viewing stop on a volcanic ridge. It was exciting and pretty bumpy but we loved it. The sunset was awesome. Mangku and Jhow were expert photographers and managed to take some frankly incredible pics of us on top of the jeep in front of an amazing sunset. A memorable trip!!
