This was a wonderful way to see a little piece of the island. Júlio, our tour guide was wonderful. He was attentive and kept us on track to be sure we got to see everything on the list. Highly recommend and if you get Júlio as your guide, even better.
Great trip adventures in furnace Absolutely stunning drive-through furnace to various points, including the furnace lake castle view point, plantations and pineapple plantation. Everything was explained very well.
Beautiful landscapes, informative and fun learning and sampling at both the tea and pineapple plantations.
This was a great all day tour also. We had a great time and a great meal of food cooked in the Caldeiras. The tea plantation was okay just extremely busy and crowded! The other stops were better. Lunch was not included but we ate at Tony’s and it was well worth it. Definitely a great tour to do if you are on Sao Miguel.
Places were great! But the company wasn’t the best, had some questions i tried to reach them a day prior couldn’t get anyone then they finally responded after I was already on the tour bus which I almost missed cause no one informed me of the pickup time so I showed at the start time then the day after the tour I got the message with all the details of pickup and other stuff I needed. The company needs to get more organized. The tour guide was fine and locations perfect though.
A very beautiful day in the company of our guide Julio. We made several stops, a visit to a tea farm and then pineapple greenhouses. Typical lunch, huge portions with wine or a beverage. Weather with a little drizzle in some places... too bad😪
Although we had booked a German-speaking tour, only English and Portuguese were spoken; as a result, our travel experience was only 50%. Additional costs such as entrance tickets were not known. As a result, the tour had become quite very expensive.

Eduardo was the best tour guide! Informative and his time management was relaxed yet structured. Bring a towel if you're going to go into the thermal pools. A must in Sao Miguel!
Lots to see, hot spring were interesting. Lots of great views. Lunch was good. 25 euro pp.includes drinks . The small group tours are good but the vans need better air conditioning.
Perfect tour. Our guide Silvia was very well informed, gave us a lot of insider information about the attractions we have seen and about the whole island. The whole trip was really great!
