I was taken care of by Mr. Arno of Exotic Paradise Bali Team this time, and we had such a great time together. I was super nervous and excited at the same time at first, but the moment I met him, he immediately greeted me with warmth, made me feel reassured, and started introducing me to so many interesting things about Bali. I even slept better in his car than at my villa haha! His driving skills are incredibly reliable, which made the long journeys feel so comfortable and stress-free. What I really appreciated about Arno was how he always made me feel heard. He would guide me while still respecting what I wanted to do, with all the patience in the world. He also knew exactly how to make me laugh and cheer me up during every hike, making the journey much less tiring and so much more memorable. And of course, he took amazing photos and videos, capturing some of my best moments throughout the trip. In general, even though we had only just met and spent only two full days together, he made me feel like we had been friends for a long time. That’s something I truly appreciated. I would also like to give a special shout-out to Mr. Ida Dwipayana, who guided me at Aling-Aling Waterfall. He helped me discover the beauty of the waterfall, took lots of great photos, and made the thrilling waterfall-jumping experience even more fun and unforgettable. I have nothing but gratitude for Mr. Arno, Mr. Ida, and the entire Exotic Paradise Bali Team. They truly made my Bali adventure so much more enjoyable, comfortable, and memorable. Had a great 10 days...with Arno as our guide. He was so friendly, always on time gave us great service.

Very nice excursions offered by the agency, including ATV, rafting, paragliding, and more. We also spent a morning at sea to see the dolphins, an exceptional experience. I recommend Exotic Paradise Bali for your outings, activities, and excursions. They are very responsive, professional, and reliable. They organize everything from A to Z, you will not need to worry about anything, just enjoy the activities. The organization is impeccable. The guides and drivers are very punctual, welcoming, and friendly. We would like to thank Arno, our guide and driver for the excursion to Lovina with the dolphins, and the visit to the Aling Aling waterfall (a magnificent place to discover). Arno was a very good guide and driver; he is professional, responsive, very helpful, and his driving is impeccable. He led us smoothly to our activities and responded to our needs. We had the absolute pleasure of having Suryana as our driver in Bali, and he truly made our trip unforgettable. From the very beginning, he was incredibly warm, welcoming, and always greeted us with a genuine smile. His kindness and positive attitude set the tone for each day. Suryana went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Every day, he had cold water ready for us in the car, such a small gesture, but it made a huge difference in the Bali heat. Lovina Beach is clean, the sea water is clear. If you want to see the dolphin you can rent a boat, morning starting at 6 am, if it is too late dolphin dolphin won't be seen. Our guide help us very well. I recommend Exotic Paradise Bali to everyone.

Incredible dolphin-watching excursion off Lovina Beach. The excursion was well planned. Professionally and amiably, these men are tops. If you want to see Bali at its finest, I highly suggest getting in touch with them.

At 5 a.m, we were picked up to go on a boat and see dolphins in the water. We were lucky to see a few dolphins, but not many. After that, we kept looking at and feeding the dory fish. Very nice experience.

I wouldn't recommend booking online. Tour guy was wonderful. Trip adviser don't tell you upfront that you have to pay for entry to driver, and we didn't see any dolphins. What a waste of money. The dolphin tour in Ubud and all water activities were just close to where we stayed and better than going far away in the bush over 2 hrs drive Lovina and its dirty. when we could have just walked to the near by place. What a waste. I would recommend to arrive in Bali then book while you're in Bali. Trip adviser is not transparent. Don't use them for any online bookings. Lovina is horrible

north Bali is the one place with thousand views, there is a very beautiful nature , the weather very cold and this is highly recommend to visit , and the driver is very welcome and expert to explain about bali , we love this trip
