新鮮な食材、一から作るもの、私たちの伝統的なメキシコの味。すべてがセットされ、丁寧に手摘みされています。私たちの古代メキシコ料理の最も深い伝統とルーツに、本物の文化と美食の浸漬を楽しみ、生活することができます。 私たちの美食文化体験は、まず市場でメキシコ料理に欠かせない味や素材について簡単に紹介することから始まります。 では、喜びと音楽と笑いに満ちた雰囲気の中、サイド、サルサ、アグアフレスカと充実したメニューをご用意します トルティーヤとケサディーヤの仕込みは、いつも職人のチーズを使っているケサディーヤだけでなく、一から作ります。 授業が終わる頃には、1つのテーブルに座り、今作った料理や体験そのものを共有します！ Mi casa es tu casa, you are always welcome!

The cooking class was incredible--Lupita gave us a tour and explanation of history, then guided us along a cooking experience to make THE most incredible dishes! I can barely boil water, but she had me making tortillas by hand. Do NOT miss out on this experience--it was the highlight of our trip!
Having the experience of being in someone’s house and learning to cook authenticate food while having conversations with a “local” is what makes this excursion so worth it! Lupita our host was a true gem
Our host was very friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. She took her time explaining all of the ingredients and potential alternatives that we might like. Overall we would highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting the area!
