Unforgettable experience! Totally recommend it. Our tour guide Kim was absolutely lovely and we had an amazing day.

We were a family of 5 adults. We had a pickup at 1415 and the tour ended at 1830. Our guide Swan was beautiful Viatnamis lady with good English.we saw how they produced beans sprouts- 100 kg a day at the back of an old house-only hand work; we saw how they produce rice noodles in an old yard with hand-tools-long procedures by one old man and his daughter; we walk in the market and tasted some different fruits we never saw before: we had bun in special place that bake the bans on spot: we walked in narrow alleys where people live and saw the real way of life:we had noodles in a well known place and fruit juice after.. very nice tour with excellent guide Swan and we highly recommend it

My Tour Guide Swan. Meeting Swan fir the first time, one would think we are old friends, warm and sweet. Well, for all the Vietnamese people I have met. My tour was solo and I had Swan, my tour guide alone. Very knowledgeable about the Vietnamese culture and food, which is what my tour was about. I love everything about my tour, but what stood out for my was my first stop with a lady and the vegetable that I tried. Forgive me, but I dont remember the name- the seeds are small and green which is washed and the removal of bad seeds then mixed it with sand for growth. This process was interesting. The banana cake and others which are only made during this time of year. Overall a great tour for me and one I would recommend. Swan, thanks for your lesson.

Swan is amazing, kind, patient and very knowledgeable. She made the tour fun and very informative. She knows all the right places to visit like the noodle factory, beans sprouts , and when it came to food it was on point. I recommend swan if you want value for your money

A wonderful way to experience Hoi An and it's local cuisine and people. A very informative and interesting tour which takes you to places you never would have gone on your own. Seeing and learning the traditional preparation of your everyday noodles and bean sprouts and seeing how these traditions are still being preserved today. Highly recommend. Ruby and Swan were exceptional guides and made us feel very welcomed and like we are part of the family.

This was the best food tour I experienced during my time in Vietnam. Kim was my tour guide and she took us to the locals houses to see the string beans process and the local Hoi An food process. This was very educational. We also went to the market and chose a couple of fruits to try. We stopped at 5 different restaurants- the restaurants where locals eat and everything was divine. From the banh -mi, kao lao, royal noodles, black sesame. We stopped at another locals house who makes a lot of deserts for sale and we were able to try many of them. Lastly we stopped by the last stop where we were able to try a fruit smoothie and all the fruits we picked at the market. What a great experience. Kim really made this tour unforgettable.

Xuan (Swan) and Thu (Ruby) showed us a great time and intimate perspective of Hoi An. Their tour captured some signature Hoi An dishes and lifestyles. We laughed and ate a lot and learned about each other. It was very interesting to learn about Hoi An styles of cooking and their climates agriculture. They were also able to share a lot about each dish with their culinary background. It was a very interactive way to learn about the city.

We had the pleasure to have this tour with Thuy! We experienced the old and rich culture of Hoi an through her lens. We had loads of food and Thuy also helped us learn some important Vietnamese words and sentences! Overall I highly recommend this tour.

Swan and Ruby were terrific. This was a brilliant way to see the hidden side of Hoi An, meet locals and really get under the surface of Vietnam. The best thing I have done in Vietnam so far!

Our family of 3 had the good fortune to take this tour through the hidden gems of Hoi An and we had absolutely the best afternoon. Our guide, Thùy, showed us where traditional Vietnamese noodles are made, how bean sprouts are grown and introduced us to the farmers and their techniques. Thùy was highly attentive, interesting to chat to and you could just tell how much she loved her city. We had the best afternoon and came away with full bellies ( the Bahn Mi was SO good !! ) and a lot more understanding of this beautiful corner of the world.
