Such a fabulous trip . Fiskardo is absolutely wonderful; full of fabulous Venetian architecture and beautiful views. Our guide was Wendy who was just amazing:very attentive and approachable. Her commentaries were so interesting and I only wish I could remember everything she told us as it was so informative (she also has a fabulous sense of humour). Babis was our driver and I felt very safe in his hands as some of the twisty turns can be a little unnerving (if you’re a scaredy-cat like me!) his driving was excellent. Highly recommend this tour. The views all through our route will stay with me forever .

Great bus tour of Kefalonia
We booked this trip while stating at the Ionis hotel and we were glad we did. Maria, our guide, was very knowledgeable and knew everything about the islands history and kept us informed throughout the trip. The wine tasting was excellent, even in the torrential rain, and we purchased a couple of bottles to enjoy back on our balcony. Luckily enough it dried up when we were visiting and did the short boat trip around the open top cave. We stopped at Fiscardo, which was beautiful, and had a spot of lunch at a restaurant recommended by Maria. All in all it was a great day at a great price and we would definitely recommend.

30th Anniversary road trip
Tia our guide was amazing as was the coach driver,
The day was packed full of experiences
Unfortunately the wine tasting and tour of vineyard was cancelled due to problems at the vineyard, this was rectified by a wonderful single tasting at a traditional Kefalonia non produce shop in Argosteli
We had wonderful taste tests of Honey, A glass of wine, olive oil and rose water crystallised sugar coated almonds.
Our stop in Fiskardo with personal lunch stop recommendation from Tia was outstanding.
Just not long enough, if you stop for lunch.
Another hour here and the trip would have been perfection.
We had a lovey photo stop overlooking Myrtos beach
Overall it was a wonderful experience and restful day.

A worthwhile tour
This trip was brilliant, our guide Wendy was freindy, helpful and full of local knowledge. We were on a small minibus with a total of 12 people. Each time we stopped Wendy spoke to each of us to ensure we were okay and answered any questions we had about the area we were visiting. We got too see a lot of Kefalonia. Also a mention for our lady driver -sorry didn't get her name- but she was also very friendly. A great tour at a great price.

A lovely day exploring the island.
We had a fabulous day on this trip it enabled us to see so much of the island our wonderful guide Tia was great with her knowledge & information about Kefalonia, she definitely made the trip for us, we had a lovely lunch in Fiscardo Village ( despite the thunderstorm ! ) the boat on Melisssani Lake was a real highlight for me oh & the goats !!
All in all a brilliant day.

Kefalonia highlights - wine tasting and caves
Really helpful, friendly guide, Tia. She explained everything really well and had a great sense of humour and ensured that each couple/ individual had some good photo shots (she took) and had all their questions, expectations met.
Our driver was excellent and we felt comfortable throughout.
We particularly enjoyed Tia's wine tasting and information and didn't feel pressurised into buying any wine -- however I wish we had bought some as it was delicious and very affordable!
The caves - stalagmites and stalagtites, bpat trip was also brilliant.

Long day but worth it
I’m not a big fan of coach tours but this was an easy, stress free way to see the island without driving all the way to Fiscardo. Our driver Babis was very careful on the roads and our guide Tia was brilliant. She deserves a medal as it’s a long day and she remained cheerful and informative throughout and helped other tour members when needed. Tia also knew not to talk all the time, which is just as important.
We had sufficient free time at all the stops although the lunch service at the restaurant in Fiscardo let us down badly. Melissani Caves definitely worthwhile despite the queuing. Overall I would recommend it and I would go with Tia as a guide again but not on such a long tour.
