A wonderful experience — a peaceful and quiet atmosphere, excellent service, delicious food that suited my taste, and a luxurious yacht. The tour guide ,Hera was friendly and helpful. Overall, I highly recommend the Catamaran tour and had a wonderful experience.

Overall, an amazing experience! The food on the boat was great, the service was fast and friendly, and the kayaking was truly awesome. A few things worth knowing, though. We stopped at two “tourist trap” spots on the way there and back, where we had to keep saying no to pearls and jewelry. Two people in our group were stung by jellyfish while swimming, so definitely be aware of that. There was also a massive amount of trash in the bay. There were some cleaner pockets, but overall it was a shock, and the crew had to clean up a ton in the swimming area before we could get in. I’m not sure if that’s typical or just our day. Still, it was an amazing tour and I’d recommend it. I just think it’s worth knowing about the not-so-perfect parts too.

Jellyfish can occasionally appear in the bay due to natural conditions, but this is actually quite rare, as Lan Ha Bay is generally well-suited for swimming and water activities. We also appreciate you bringing the issue of trash in the bay to our attention. Unfortunately, floating waste can sometimes be brought in by tides and currents. We will also continue doing everything we can to contribute to protecting the natural beauty of the bay. As for the two stops along the way, we’re sorry for the inconvenience. These stops are mainly scheduled to give guests a chance to use the restroom and allow our driver to take a short break during the journey. We understand that the shopping aspect may not be what everyone expects. I’ll share it with our operation team as we continue working to make the overall experience more enjoyable. This was really the most fun and relaxed tour we've had in Vietnam. The boat is really nice, we had it quite quietly so it felt like a private cruise. Lovely to be in the pool or on the deck in the lovely lounge chairs. Everything was really well arranged for picking up at the hotel and returning. Manager Ben, thank you for the perfect organization! Oh yes, you also get excellent food at the beginning of the cruise and a delicious piece of canoe fare.
