This is only a ride - there was NO tour and for that reason I am leaving a review that this is misleading - we had to hire our own tour guides within the parks which costs much more
Dear guest, we regret that you have reviewed your experience with us in this way. When booking, you did not choose the option with a guide included, but you could easily have done so. We make it available to you, but unfortunately we cannot control what our guests do at the time of purchase in their own homes. From our side everything is always very clear, and we always indicate what is included and what is not. Transparency is our mantra! In fact you are the only one to have left such a review! You had your driver at your disposal throughout the day who gave you a lot of information and advice. We also find your impression of the day strange because at the end you thanked us and the driver so much and even left him a generous tip, which is synonymous with appreciation.
