Our transfer was excellent. We had André as a driver and we want to highlight the care of this with us; excellent professional. Great service; polite and the trip was quiet and very pleasant.
I had an excellent experience with Paraty Tours during my recent trip to Brazil. From the beginning, Flavia was extremely responsive, kind, and professional in arranging everything for us. The vehicles provided were very clean, spacious, and comfortable, which made our long journeys very pleasant and relaxing. Both drivers were friendly, punctual, and highly professional throughout the trip. A very special mention to our driver from Paraty to São Paulo — his driving skills were exceptional. We felt safe and comfortable the entire journey, even on the long drive. His professionalism and careful driving truly stood out. Great trip, we were met off our flight into Rio de Janeiro and made the transfer effortlessly. The views along the driver were a bonus!
Quick, professional, well organised I would definitely book again. The van was also well airconditioned.
Everything went great! Very good transport. Pick-up at the airport was also arranged to wait for the flight.
The bus left at the hour of the hotel close to our accommodation, i.e. 8am, after having travelled Rio until 9am to pick up the other passengers, we arrived at 12pm at the landing, after a break of 10 minutes to 11am, where we were waiting for a correspondent of Paraty tour who had our tickets for the boat that left at 12.30pm and arrived in Ilha Grande at 1pm as agreed, it was perfect and very professional

The transfer was very good, except that it arrived an hour and a half early at the destination in Angra, and we had to wait that time for the boat to leave for Ilha Grande.

Los tiempos a veces dependen del estado de la ruta, del flujo de tránsito y otros factores, pero por suerte Angra Dos Reis tiene una estructura muy confortable que permite aguardar con comodidad la salida de las lanchas hacia la isla y el tiempo de espera suele ser pintoresco y agradable. Great transfer - timely & efficient but the bus wasn’t well air conditioned & the windows didn’t open so it was hot and uncomfortable for most of the trip. The boat was quick but very unsafe. They pack the boat aisles and bough & literally every inch with luggage. If there was ever an emergency most people on the boat will drown because it’s also covered with stitched down plastic that’s inescapable too. It’s a short ride but $ shouldn’t be put above safety.

Really excellent service from Paraty Tours. Booked from the UK in advance as part of our first trip to Brazil. We also used the company for other transfers and a boat trip - all brilliant. Made our first time travelling like this so smooth. Prompt replies to queries, polite, efficient and friendly. Would highly recomend and wouldn’t hesitate to use again.
