The driver was very nice, gave us some fun facts about the temple and various landmarks along the way. The lake was actually a part of a resort, so it had a lot places to sit and a bar with good drinks. We went on a rainy day so the water was about 80F~. After we left we went to the optional seafood restaurant. It was on top of the water so scenic, and the food was delicious too. The temple was beautiful, the sunset over the water even more so.

Everything about this tour was great. Our driver, George was on time, engaging and very helpful. When the lake was full, he quickly switched plans to take us to another swimming club. The restaurant he suggested was local and absolutely delicious. It was so much better than driving or taking a big tour. Highly recommend this tour!

The sounion and Vougliameni tour was the best tour we have ever done in Greece the guide Harry was friendly knowledgeable and professional we will do this tour again in Athens ! Theo was fantastic. We had a great time. We weren’t rushed and he showed us places along the way that we didn’t expect to see. He was also excellent at helping our daughter with her photos. We all agree that it is the best tour we’ve taken while we have been in Athens.

Our tour guide, Andreas, was wonderful! In fact, we had him as our guide on an earlier tour and enjoyed him so much that we specifically requested him for this tour! He made sure to pick us up from our hotel early enough so that we would be sure to have a full 2 hours at the Lake. At the Lake he helped secure our entry tickets. When we were done we headed to the Temple of Poseidon, where he again helped secure our tickets, helping us avoid a very long line. After the sun had set we headed back, but with a stop for a leisurely dinner at a wonderful restaurant that was run by an old friend of Andreas. Andreas helped us choose our fish from the various catch-of-the-day options. Then we got VIP treatment by the restaurant staff. It was probably our best and most memorable meal in our 2 weeks in Greece! Can't thank Andreas enough! He is really personable and accommodating - ask for him to be your guide! We had such an amazing time on this tour and our guide Mr. George was fantastic. We added some extra beach time to the trip and I highly recommend. Our kids loved every minute of it and the seafood restaurant that Mr. George suggested was some of the best food we’ve had.

Our trip was on a beautiful Sunday afternoon when it seemed that all of Athens was at the beach. We were unable to get into the lake because of a wedding and the beaches were crowded. However, Giorgos found a wonderful private beach for us. After a couple of hours there he took us to a waterfront seafood restaurant that was just what we were looking for. After dinner he took us to the temple for sunset. Afterwards he was waiting nearby which allowed us to beat the worst of the traffic. Giorgos was knowledgeable about both Greek culture but also the area we were visiting. He was very personable and courteous. He made our first day in Greece everything we could have hoped.

Theo was an absolutely amazing tour guide. He was incredibly knowledgeable about Athens and the suits we stopped at. We loved our time at the lake, an absolute must. Theo knew every place to stop for beautiful pictures and took us to an amazing spot for fresh seafood. Our time at the Temple of Poseidon was magical. Best day in Greece so far. Theo made the trip!

We had a wonderful time with Jason. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. We were able to get several picture of the temple with no other people in them, which was unexpected but great! The wildflowers in the area were absolutely beautiful. And yes people were swimming in the lake at this time of year :) Beautiful area, so glad we went
