Super helpful driver and very patient with our group. We had a 4 year old all the way up to a 78 year old and all were comfortable and cared for.
Cris was very attentive and provided excellent conversation and customer service! Would highly recommend him and this company.
We were charged for services that we were never meant to receive nor did we receive them. I tried with the local travel service and with you to get a refund but was not successful.

However, we want to clarify that we had our driver waiting for you at the scheduled pickup point at the agreed-upon time. As we understand, you had also booked with another company and decided to take their service instead. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, but we would like to remind you that we have a cancellation policy that you agreed with and states that cancellations made less than a certain amount of hours before the scheduled pickup time may be subject to cancellation fees. We appreciate your understanding of this policy as it allows us to manage our resources effectively and to keep providing quality services to all our customers.
