泥だらけの手で未来の壺を器用に撫でる女性の姿や、乾燥作業中のロンボク土器などはバニュムレック村でよく見かける風景です。この村はロンボク島の陶器の中心地の一つです。 バニュムレック村では、陶器作りはササック・ロンボク族が代々受け継いできた仕事です。この仕事は村の経済の車輪を動かし、多くの観光客や買い手をこの村に引き寄せることができました。
織物はロンボク島の伝統芸術の一つで、独特の美しさを持っています。スカララ村にいると、機械ではなく伝統的な織り道具の音が聞こえてきます。まさにこの村は、ロンボク島の伝統的な織物の産地としてすでに広く知られている村です。人々の生活のほとんどは、伝統的な織物道具を操作することで満たされています。高品質で美しいモチーフの布、ドレス、テーブルカバー、ブランケット、スカーフなど、さまざまなグッズを生み出しています。彼らが生産する高品質の製品のおかげで、彼らの村は国内外から多くの観光客を魅了しています。
宗教的調和のシンボルを感じたいなら、リングサール寺院で出会うことができます。この寺院は、ヒンドゥー教のバリ ロンボクとイスラム教のササク ロンボクの調和の象徴と考えられています。この寺院は 1714 年にバリ島から来た人によって建てられ、現在は改修されています。 リングサール寺院このロンボク寺院に入る前に、蓮で満たされた 2 つのプールがある庭園を通ります。リングサール寺院は、ガドゥ、ケマリク、ペシラマンの 3 つの主要な建物で構成されています。ガドゥはヒンズー教の聖地。内部には二つの山に宿る神を象徴する四つの交差点が見られます。東側の分岐点はリンジャニ山の神を祀るために建てられました。西側の分岐点は、アグン山の神を祀るために建てられました。これら 2 つのジャンクションの間には、リンジャニのジャンクションとアグン山の結合を象徴する 2 つの統合ペシンガハン (中継地) があります。
西ヌサトゥンガラ州マタラムのイスラムセンターモスクは、訪れる価値のある観光の魅力です。数千億のモスクが集まる島（ロンボク島）のイスラム教徒コミュニティを統合するために、数千億を費やしてモスクの建物が設立されました。 このモスクは、TGB 知事の指導以来建設されました。イスラム センター モスクは、ロンボク島とスンバワ島の伝統的な建物の特徴を組み合わせています。 モスクの建物は、99 のアッラー (アスマウル フスナ) の名前に合わせた高さ 99 メートルの塔で美しく装飾されました。この塔の建物は、昼も夜もマタラムの街の顔を高みから眺める観光施設として公開されています。 さらに、イスラム センター モスクのもう 1 つの美しい特徴は、西ヌサ トゥンガラの典型的なササンボのモチーフで装飾されたドームです。

If you’re visiting Lombok on a cruise, I highly recommend the Cruise Ship Passenger Tour. We had a fantastic day exploring with Andy, who was an excellent driver and guide. Andy was friendly, knowledgeable, and had a great sense of humour, which made the whole experience really enjoyable. He made sure we were comfortable and safe throughout the day, and everything was very well organised. We even had a bit of fun teaching him some Australian slang, like “servo”! 😄 He also made sure we were back at the cruise ship with plenty of time to spare, which we really appreciated. A great tour and a great guide. Highly recommend Andy!

Guide, Zaine, was terrific. Took me to amazing Lombok Wildlife Park which was 2 hours from port. Had great interaction with orangutan. Then had nice lunch on beach and stopped at lovely village on way back. He spoke English beautifully and was accommodating and friendly.

Driver/Guide had limited English language skills and the AC in his car stopped functioning about 2 hours in.

The price was not inclusive we were forced to tip extra guides and for entry to a temple. We went to a weaving centre and the guide there said we had to tip him. Each person that we had contact with said we had to tip. We paid just under $200.00 CDN for the tour and of course we also tipped the tour operator at the end. I would try to just get a last minute tour at the cruise dock. Other people went to more places and paid $35.00USD. We didn’t see a beach by the way.

Quite a lot of driving but very interesting and good views. Elli had good English and was a charming guide. Worthwhile.

Our driver, Alan, gave us a great tour. He had good English and we learnt a lot about life on Lombok. Loved the visit to the weaving village, the pottery village not so much. Had an interesting guided walk theough the local market.

Our guide, Dayat, was exceptional, spoke good English and was great fun. The most important aspect was his flexibility in that he took us to the best places for us, allowing us to decide how long to spend at each venue whereas our cruise ship excursions were so rigid; it was nice to be on our own in a comfortable car with such a knowledgeable guide.
