A perfectly smooth ride after a long flight! Radek picked me up just outside of the arrivals and literally delivered me in front of my house in Cork. I was relocating and already stressed and tired from travelling, and he was essential in making my day easier! The most important thing for me was also how good of a driver Radek was, it was such a smooth ride that I fell asleep! I will definitely book this service again!! We needed to get from Shannon airport to Cork and then back again 2 days later. This was so easy to book. Radek, our driver, welcomed me and my kids at Shannon airport. His car was spotless, super comfortable and he provided us with complimentary water and wifi all the way. His driving is superb. He is such a lovely man who clearly loves his job. We could chat or just chill quietly thanks to his fabulous manner. He knew how important this trip to see my dad was and his sensitivity and kindness was so apparent. He collected us at the exact time we agreed but also let me know he was flexible if we needed. There was no hurry or rushing, what mattered was that he made this visit so much easier than we expected. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Myself and my 87 years young mom were coming for a nice vacation to Cork,Ireland. After arriving at the Shannon airport from Michigan, we would obviously need a ride. Shannon to Cork is over two hours and the thought of driving in unknown territory, on the opposite side of the car, on the opposite side of the road after traveling all night did not appeal to me. We decided on Easy Transfer because, well, it was just easy and affordable. From the moment I booked the transfer from the Shannon airport to Cork (and the return trip) I was contacted and assured the car would be waiting for us. There is always trepidation when booking overseas but my fears of not being picked up on time, or not being picked up at all were all handled professionally and quickly! Radek, was waiting for us with our name clearly written on a sign and he immediately asked how we were and if we needed anything while he took our bags from us. He asked if we would like a coffee, and if not, he had water in the car already waiting for us. The beautifully appointed Mercedes was in the very first parking spot and he helped my mom into the car, running around to open the door for me as well. Our luggage was secured in the trunk and he hopped in and had us on our way in what I can only say was record time. The promised water was waiting for us inside the leather interior-ed comfortable vehicle. Radek was a true gem! He answered my million and a half questions and we had the most pleasant conversations about a variety of subjects. I was also happy to learn that he was going to be out return driver as well! What a delight! I wouldn't have worries about the day we were leaving knowing that Radek would be there at the Imperial Hotel in Cork, right on time, to whisk us back to the airport. Which he was! After a weeks stay, Radek was waiting in the lobby for us (as promised and as I knew he would be) and again quickly took our bags from us. He got us and our luggage secure and then remarkably picked right back up on the conversation we were having when he dropped us off!!!! It just seemed like we were talking to an old friend taking us back the airport. He walked us all the way to the agent at the desk and only when our bags were accepted by the agent, did he say his farewells. This was the epitome of great service. This was by far one of the best experiences I ever had with ANY company and I really feel like they treated us like family!
