They did not show up, I had to make immediate other transportation arrangements with the hotel instead.
We apologize for the inconvenience. We had a technical problem and were unable to immediately see your reservation because you made it last minute, and as we owe it as a company since we did not serve you, we gave you a full refund of your money, we will be happy to serve you in the future.
Our driver was outstanding. He met us inside the hotel and helped us w luggage at the hotel and airport. He was so helpful.

Our driver picked us up on time from our hotel, called ne when he arrived. He was able to take us directly to the cruise terminal, no extra walking.
