Our transfer from Amsterdam Airport to our hotel in Rotterdam was smooth - we could not have been happier. Our driver communicated with us multiple times as we transitioned from our aircraft, through Passport Control, baggage claim, and Customs until we met him at a pre-arranged location. The car was immaculate and our driver answered all of our questions about the area and provided recommendations when asked.
