ソレントからアマルフィへのプライベート送迎：ドアツードア、英語を話す運転手

Very prompt, professional service/travel from our hotel in Sorrento to Amalfi. No issues, comfortable ride, driver was exceptionally kind and informative.

Car was exceptional. Driver was excellent. Wonderful experience. We think it was a bit expensive.

Unfortunately there were errors in the description of this one way transfer on Viator which meant that it was not possible to take a lunch stop enroute in Positano which had been included and confirmed at the time of booking. To make maters worse an English speaking driver was not provided due to a booking communication error within the operating company and attempts to use translate on his phone were thwarted due to no internet signal leaving us extremely dissatisfied. In response to our complaint the operator has conducted a full review and acknowledged that errors were made. They say they have now corrected the description errors and apologised with a partial refund, which should have been higher in our view. There are alternative products at a higher cost that are capable of including a timed sightseeing/lunch stop in Positano which should be considered instead of this one if needed.
