We find this incomprehensible and unfair – the service was completed and enjoyed, and refunds cannot reasonably be demanded for services already fully delivered. • In addition, you posted three separate negative reviews for one single trip, which we consider a deliberate attempt to damage our company’s reputation. • Regarding your claim about “reckless and fast driving,” our driver has provided us with GPS records that clearly confirm he never exceeded the legal speed limit during the entire journey. We are dedicated to providing the highest standard of service, and it saddens us to see such a distorted picture being presented here. That said, we also acknowledge that mistakes can sometimes happen on our side too – we are human, and humans are not perfect.
