The transfer was carried out with efficiency and professionalism. Well-maintained buses. Convenient schedules, reasonable price.
very easy, great staff, solid price point, much better than the train.
Very useful, you can book a transfer on terravision's site and when you arrive just take your bus and go, no problem.

Selling tickets for the 2:45 PM bus knowing that the air conditioning does not work on the bus at 95°F is dishonest; it was a terrible trip. I wanted to request a refund for the tickets, but I thought they might be useful for fixing the air conditioning.

Today you didn’t just return a bag you gave me back my peace of mind. I arrived from Bergamo and left my bag with all my important documents on the bus. I was in panic and ran after the bus, thinking everything was lost. The staff helped me immediately and the driver came back only to return my bag. I was overwhelmed with emotion. Thank you for your kindness, professionalism and humanity. I will remember this moment forever. Grazie di cuore ❤️🇮🇹
