We hired the bikes to go up Teide to Vilaflor didn’t use full battery and by the time we had done 28kms, only had 1 bar. Descended then after only 32 kms use the battery was dead. Had to walk up hills back. Unacceptable. Guy said don’t worry about the battery as it’s a good one. Sons had one bar left and he used full power all the way.

Mrs Sally Boyden, our electric mountain bikes are equipped with high end reliable Bosch 625Wh batteries. However, this doesn't mean they are endless. Please keep in mind that the elevation of Vilaflor is 2.000M and you started from sea level. Believe it or not 32Km range on "turbo" mode up a steep hill is quite a good range. Mountain bike rental
Great service, enquired about bikes at 9.30am and had them delivered to the front of our hotel by 11am.
We got nice trek electric mountain bikes, helmets,locks etc and were told any problems drop him a WhatsApp with location and he will
Come and change bike!
We’d no issues everything was exactly how we wanted! All in all
A great service and great way to kill a few hours on the island!

Great service and powerful e-bikes
We hired two e-bikes and found the service to be excellent. Prompt and reliable delivery and pick up from our hotel. The bikes were fully charged and vey powerful. They easily got us up to Vilaflor, from Playa de Las Americas - 25km, climbing all the way to 1500m. The ride back down was a blast ! Overall good value for a memorable day.
If there had been an option to choose a "ladies bike" for my wife, that would have been perfect.

Super Service and everything fantastically arranged
Everything super and fantastically arranged, they come and pick up the bikes and we had a problem with the chain on the way, within a short time the owner was with us again with a new bike, the Service is just excellent and we could continue our trip again, absolutely recommended this company, we will definitely rent a bike again next time here

Brilliant
Me and my wife decided to hire a couple of electric bikes for the 1st time,absolutely great experience.easy to use fantastic customer service and dropped bikes off at hotel and picked them up.cannot rate this company highly enough

Great e-mountain bike experience
Excellent opportunity for a cycling day in Tenerife. Bikes are very good quality and brought us everywhere we wanted. Staff is very friendly, flexible and knowledgeable. We give the highest recommendation.

El bicycles delivered and picked up at the hotel!
Bicycles were ordered at 9:00am and one hour later, bicycles and helmets were delivered at the hotel👍 top service.
