空港/駅への送迎

Erica was great with communication and booking. Salvatore drove us to and from our airbnb in the countryside Pontone to sorrento during our trip. Salvatore is very safe and friendly and charismatic. We would recommend to anyone.

We visited in late June. I contacted Enrica a few months in advance for pricing on private transports for a group of seven. (We booked Rome to Massa Lubrense, beach day to Nerano, day trip to sorrento, Massa Lubrense to Naples). All pricing was very reasonable. I appreciated very much Enrica staying in contact with me over WhatsApp. She always sent confirmations and every ride we took was on time and very smooth. This really helped us enjoy our time in Italy. I would highly recommend and if we return to Italy I will be a repeat customer.

We had a fantastic experience with Valestra Taxis during our stay in Sorrento. From the very beginning, Enrica and Salvador were incredibly professional and helpful. Enrica provided clear and prompt quotes for several journeys while I was still in the UK, which gave us great peace of mind before travelling. Once we arrived, their communication remained excellent, and they were also able to accommodate a number of last-minute, impromptu trips without any hassle. The cars were immaculate, and every journey felt safe, comfortable, and well-organised. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Valestra Taxis to anyone visiting the area – they truly deliver on professionalism, reliability, and outstanding communication.

We were so pleased with the trip and service the first time that we immediately booked them for our second service. They were amazing. The ride and service provided were perfect and exceeded our expectations. We have them favorited now for future needs.

They were amazing. Efficient lovely people with a great knowledge of the area!

Enrica was five star from the very first communication to the very end. We were in completely safe and friendly hands, from airport to airbnb, to local town transfers, and more! The transfers were so timely, and the vehicles are in impeccable clean condition!

I don’t usually leave harsh reviews, but Taxi Nerano Valestra deserves this warning. These people are crooks, plain and simple. We arranged an airport transfer on our last day — and they knew it was our final ride before leaving Italy. About 20 minutes into the trip, the driver suddenly said, “my boss says cash only,” even though we had discussed card payment ahead of time. With our luggage in the car and no real choice, we were trapped. To make things worse, the price to the airport was double what we had paid just a few days earlier coming from the airport to our villa. No explanation, no meter, just a blatant rip-off. The whole thing felt like a setup — they knew we couldn’t back out or risk missing our flight. It was dishonest, predatory, and left a really bad taste after what had been a beautiful trip. Do yourself a favor: avoid Taxi Nerano Valestra at all costs. There are plenty of honest drivers in the area — this company is not one of them.

Taxi Nerano Valestra was recommended to us by our Airbnb hostess and we prebooked a few transfers with Enrica prior to our arrival. She was very responsive and helpful during this process. Enrica and her drivers always showed up as scheduled, or earlier, to make sure we had time to get where we needed to be. My family (including two littles) felt very safe and comfortable during our rides with them. I would definitely recommend to anyone coming to the area to use Taxi Nerano Valestra.

Enrica and Salvatore are the BEST! We used them exclusively for our week stay in Nerano. They were our transfer from the Napoli train station to the location in Nerano we were staying. We felt like we received a "mini" tour of the area on our ride from the train station. They are from the area and are very knowledgeable. They were so pleasant and professional! We loved them so much that we used them our entire stay! We also used them for a tour of the Amalfi Coast which was fantastic! We had a big group (11) and it was never a problem getting transportation. Very quick to respond. I highly recommend using them if you will be traveling in the area! They made us feel like family! Grazie mille, Enrica and Salvatore!

I highly recommend TAXI MASSA LUBRENSE & Sorrento! They were always on time, very pleasant and accommodating! The best taxi service I have ever used. We were a party of 9 and they were always there with 2 vans whenever we needed a ride.
