We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We started contacting Diogo six months before the trip and he’s been always in touch with us. When there were storms in the area he contacted us and sent us pictures of the area so we knew what to expect. We were picked up in the Argentinian side of Iguazú, in a private van, crossing the border was a breeze thanks to Diogo! He took us to the falls and then to the bird park. He stayed with us 100% of the time making it the best experience because we had a private guide that spoke the language (local and English) and it was fun to be with. Went to lunch with him then, he took us to Foz do Iguaçu downtown and showed us the entire city. We finished the trip by him driving us back across the border to the Iguazú airport in the Argentinian side. We started the trip at 7:30 am and finished it at 7:30 pm. He spent the entire day with us and made our experience one of the best! He also took videos and pictures and sent us all of them. He followed up after the trip to make sure we had a good time and that we made it home safe. You cannot ask for better service! We had an amazing experience of visiting the Iguazu Falls from both Brazilian and Argentinian side. The views were breathtaking!! We saw many different birds and animals as well. A ton of thanks to our guide Bruna - it was our first time in Brazil and Argentina, and she made our travel experience smooth, fun and amazing. All the logistics from airport transfer, to visiting every place, was seamlessly handled. Her knowledge on the wildlife and history of the place was impressive - we learnt a lot. This is a must travel place for everyone!

We went to see the iguazu falls from both Brazil and Argentina side. Brazil: Amazing view with kayaking in the iguazu river Argentina: covered all the major trails and did the boat tour Our guide Bruna was amazing all along the trip giving us useful insights where ever possible. This was an unforgettable trip. Virginia and Sergio were great hosts and had great expert knowledge. Their close connection to nature was lovely to experience. They were super patient and took as to recommended lunch spots and shops even though they weren’t part of the original plan. Even difficult border police in Argentina could not derail the trip and Virginia’s professionalism, and resourcefulness in resolving the situation is to be commended. The falls were mesmerising and there is so much to see - every stop provided a new emotion. A truly amazing experience!

My experience with the agency was great, with tours and tips starting from the traditional tourist routes in Foz de Iguaçu. I recommend it to anyone who wants a unique experience in the city. Bruna is the best guide, being very attentive, that I could meet in my experiences traveling around the world.

What a lovely way to see such a magical wonder of the world. Logistically, this was the best way to see the falls in my opinion, since there would have been no way I would have been able to see both sides in one day without this tour. So efficient, Gil was a fantastic tour guide and had us punctually at the Brazilian side to be the first to get through the gates before the lines got too long. He shared so many great facts, I not only enjoyed his company but learned so much along the way. 10/10 would recommend, especially if you are crunched for time in Iguazu!

Highly recommend this tour! It ended up being a private tour for just me and my boyfriend, and our guide made our Iguazu Fall experience amazing! We only had a day in Iguazu and we wanted to experience both sides - we wouldn't have been able to do both sides without our guide/ this tour!
