canceled and never refunded several tours cancelled at the last minute with no other offer. Called customer service - no one cared no one offered to help. Will never use again.
Dear Cindy, thank you for your feedback. We will take the feedback into consideration and improve our services.
Great driver. Courteous and professional. What a pleasant ride. The driver was punctual. He also pointed places to visit along the way.
Dear customer, thank you for sharing with us your experience. We look forward to having the opportunity to work with you in the future.
We had last minutes request changing the pickup time to an earlier timeframe and Viator was able to accommodate this for us. Much appreciated!!! Our drivers were early and vey professional as well. Overall it was a wonderful experience for us.
The driver was early and very polite. He was also helpful in assisting with our bags. I would definitely use this service again.
Car clean. Very professional. Would recommend that Operator contact us in advance to let us know his/her name.
Our transfer from Fatima to Lisbon could not have been easier. Our driver was there to pick us up on time, loaded our luggage and gave us a wealth of information on our way from Fatima to Lisbon. I can't say enough good things about any private transfers I have done through Viator. They are always timely and very friendly.
