Kelly helped me to organise everything from out driver to tickets and step by step instructions, she is an excellent communicator which made my experience in Zhanajiajie fabulous, she looked after me for three days, each day with a unique experience, would always recommend having a guide on your first trip even if virtual.

Zhangjiajie Travel Services was always in contact with us before, during and after the service, exceeding all our expectations. Our private tour to Baofeng Lake was fantastic, in acordance to our time. It helped us structure our trip, advising us on the best routes, how long it took in each place and what we had to do with super detailed instructions. Once the itinerary was decided, he explained what tickets we needed and took us the tickets from all the places we went (Baofeng Lake, Zhangjiajie National Park, Crystal Bridge and Grand Canyon and Tianmen Mountain). Special mention to how quickly you answer any questions or problems. In our case, park services made a mistake pointing out my partner’s passport and as soon as I communicated it to Kelly she spoke to them on the phone to fix it. I recommend everyone to deal with her because she is a Real Pro. We are very happy with your service.

Lulu, our guide, is a special, good and competent girl They can speak English so I highly recommend booking a tour with them. He took us to fantastic places, also giving us some tips for continuing our solo trip to Hunan. Advised!

It's our 2nd trip with Chris after 7 years. This round we included fuyong town and phoenix ancient city. We took a 5 day trip which Chris helped us to book hotels and all the entrance tickets. It is a blessing to have chanced upon Chris and Kelly thru Tripadvisor. As a non-Chinese speaking, one would worry how to go around China, let along dragging along my parents, in-law and my kids. As it turned out, we had a fantastic 4days in ZJJ. From day 1 when I corresponded with Kelly via email and WeChat, she has always been responsive if not immediate, and answer all my queries. As for Chris, from the day of arrival, till the day he sent us to the airport, and waited at the check-in counter in case of any complications so he can help speak to counter staff on our behalf. We were so well taken care off. So happened the week of our trip in ZJJ, it would rain 1-2days. Chris changed the itineraries on the spot, in such that rainy day we visited Bao Feng lake (sheltered boat) and Yellow Dragon Cave (which was a last minute request). Other non rainy days, we were at the mountain. We initially booked Chris for 3 days but as our day of arrival was sunny, Chris quickly brought us to Yellow Stone Village to enjoy the clear scenery. So that makes 4 days of touring in total. Also to note, Chris helped us order dishes as we can't read Chinese either but insisted we enjoy our meal on our own, despite us inviting him to join for dinner. Very polite and considerate. My in laws and parents keep praising over how well our trip went and I owe it all to Chris and Kelly. Our many thanks to you, Chris and Kelly for the unforgettable trip. We did a 2 day tour of Zhangjiajie forest park, Tianmen mountain, Baofeng lake and glass bridge at Zhangjiajie grand canyon. This place is absolutely stunning and we had Terry show us around. He was an excellent guide and we feel like we came out of the tour with a friend. As for Kelly, she went out of her way to help me register my drone to fly in China. It helped me take some truly breathtaking aerial shots. Definitely recommend these guys!
