We had a fantastic golf cart tour with Francesco! The tour was exciting, very informative, and incredibly interesting. We learned so much about the history of Rome, especially the treatment and persecution of early Christians and what they endured. Francesca did a great job bringing the history to life and making the entire experience both educational and entertaining. Traveling by golf cart was also a very cool way to see the area and cover a lot of ground. Highly recommend this tour and Francesca!

It is very well planned, we had an extraordinary guide named Valerio, he knew a lot about the subject, and at the Catacombs of Domitilla there was also a great guide!! We enjoyed it a lot and are very grateful for such a good experience.

This was an interesting and fun experience. Touring the catacombs was very interesting. We also stopped at a beautiful church after. It was so fun riding in the golf cart and our tour guide was excellent.

Awesome experience with the golf cart tour with Francesco as our driver. It was customized where we were able to start in the afternoon straight from the morning tour of the Vatican (also with your Local X), suggest that we see the catacombs of San Sebastiano (since our youngest has that name), and end up back to our apartment. There was 4 of us and the tour was in English for us. Francesco arrived with waters and whisked us away, provided commentary of different things that we saw while being driven, made a few stops also with commentary, and also took a few group photos of us. It was interactive where we had conversations with Francesco and can ask questions. We saw a lot of cool things and places. It was a nice break and very different from the Vatican and a bit of a break from all the walking. Our family and kids (teen boys) enjoyed this excursion. I highly recommend.

Francesco was extremely knowledgeable. His passion for history made everything more interesting. His part of the tour was awesome. He picked us up at the hotel and dropped us back off when finished. The only negative is that the Catacombs portion of the tour is not private and not with your guide. You are joined with other folks ~15 and the guide is someone from the Catacombs. That portion of the tour took over an hour away from the private tour.

Mario was an exceptional tour leader. He picked us up at our hotel, right on time, and gave us a fantastic tour! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. He listened to what sites were important to us, gave recommendations along the way, and was very knowledgeable about the history of Rome. English was perfect. Everyone in our group heard him well. Our family really liked this golf cart tour. Kristian did a great job explaining the sites that we visited and even sent us a list of his recommended restaurants. We did this on our last afternoon in Rome. We enjoyed riding in a golf cart since we had been walking a lot during the days prior. We were able to go to the catacombs which was a little chilly, quite nice on a hot afternoon.

Francesco M. was such a delightful guide, thorough, thoughtful, and excellent English! We could have stayed with him all day. We would book several other tours with him.
