The worst ever experience! They scammed & stole my money.
I paid for VIP service & I revived none.
They don’t have a number to call. They corresponds by email only & they are late to answer their emails & they are selective in answering.
I STRONGLY recommend never to use them.
Truly the worst experience & I travel a lot

This is simply a drop off/pick up service. No help at the border crossing.
This is something you can definitely do yourself. There is no help at the actual border. The simply drop you off out the front and then you are picked up on the otherside once you are out of the terminal. There are taxis on both sides of the border if you are looking to do this a cheaper way as there is definitely no need to book a transfer as there no help with the actual border crossing.

Misleading advertising
several key items were nit mentioned..services was kinda deceiving.

Note, that everything I explained and the advice I gave you about your transfer during the call, is available step-by-step in the transfer details. But you did not read the details of the service that was provided to you, so we are the ones hiding some details from you? Please read the details of anything carefully before booking it. Excellent experience and exceptional service.
I highly recommend this tour operator if I am going to Jerusalem from Amman, Emad supported me who immediately responded to any request from me to customize the itinerary. Once we arrived in Jordan, everything was very simple and organized in the best way. Our driver, Ibrahim, was so nice! He has always been meticulous and ready to share the realities of this beautiful country and make the most of our trip. At the end of our turn, they took us to Jerusalem via the King Hussein Bridge. Perfect and efficient service
