Victoria was our guide and she was amazing! When we met up with her we needed a new hotel for the night. She went above and beyond to find an amazing hotel for us. She then gave us a wonderful tour of Mont. St. Michel and the Abbey. She was so knowledgeable about everything. She paced herself due to the walk being difficult. She knew places to rest, get water, and use the restroom. This was a wonderful tour with the most amazing guide. Thank you Victoria!

Our tour guide, Anne-Isabelle was phenomenal! We enjoyed the history, lore and stories she had about Mont-Saint Michel. The passion and care she has for the site really shined through and added color and texture to an already breathtaking location. She was fun, charismatic, and truly cared about our experience. She was also incredibly patient with us and the quantity of photos we wanted to take. If we could go back and do it all again, we’d choose her again and again. If you’re visiting in peak season and planning to take the shuttle to be at the meeting point for this tour, budget more time than you think you need. We did the 30 minute walk both ways because we heard the lines for the shuttle were 50+ minutes. Thankfully it was a breezy day and the walk was really enjoyable. Completely separate and outside the control of the tour company, we visited at a time when Mont St Michel was incorporating art installations (Summer 2025). Maybe in an effort to attract more tourism. Personally, I wish the art wouldn’t have been there and I wish I could write to Mont St Michel to talk about how it detracted from the experience. The Abbey had a large moon blocking the view of what would’ve been an iconic photo moment, the cloister which should be a tranquil place for contemplation had a disco ball, and the refectory had a walk over water art installation that was closed for safety.

Myriam was an amazing guide, who helped us understand the history and significance of this beautiful landmark. She was informative and thorough, communicated very well, and made this experience truly special. Wear comfortable shoes and be prepared to walk a lot of stairs!

Our guide was fantastic. She kept us to our own pace and was incredibly knowledgeable about every part of the history. We never would’ve had such a great experience, trying to navigate the Abbey on our own.

Claire was wonderful. We had a great tour. She was very nice and really tailored the tour to our interests and filled up with whole two hours with interesting sights and information.
