We had a wonderful day in Ischia with our guide Carla and driver Antonio. The instructions given by the tour operator to reach the island from Sorrento were spot-on, and everything went so smoothly. The island is truly magical, and we are already considering staying there next year for our spring vacation. Carla added her magical touch to this tour, and we are grateful for everything. Paolo was a fantastic guide. He was very knowledgeable with the history of the island and where all the great food is served. We went to a local bakery where we tried their freshly baked bread. YUM!!! After a complete tour of this beautiful island we enjoyed a late lunch at one of the local restaurants along with two great bottles of wine.
I recommend this tour to anyone who wants to see the beauty of Ischia and enjoy the food that Ischia has to offer! The sights were beautiful and we were able to see points of interest that you would not be able to see with a large tour group.. Our tour guide, Paolo, was knowledgeable, friendly and really made the tour a great experience!
