Our driver and tour guide Jared was the best. We have traveled extensively and have had many tour guides. Jared was unbelievably great. He was knowledgeable, smart, engaging and met ever need of every person on our tour. I can't recommend him enough.
This tour was very interesting. There is so much to see at Mt. Vernon. Our guide was Jared. He was excellent. He had a wealth of information on various things related to our tour as well as personal experiences. We really enjoyed our time!
This was a great tour. Our guide gave us historical background on our ride to Mount Vernon and showed us and explained important aspects of the mansion and outbuildings. We ended up with important information we would not have had if we’d attempted this alone. It was nice to have in depth conversations about world views from a historical perspective. There also is a tour-within-a tour of the mansion itself. Highly recommend.
