Breath taking view, wonderful experience.

Charles and Kwan were spectacular! Charles is an expert on everything and ensured we were safe, informed, and entertained along the entire journey. Charles’s spiels were perfect for everyone— jokes/ puns, Las Vegas history, pop culture, and even a bit of true crime. Kwan was very friendly and made sure we stayed hydrated. He was also on his toes with his defensive driving, which we appreciated. This tour is a must!

This experience was amazing! John was so interesting and informative on everything, so much learned during our bus travel, and so much to see! He made the trip easy and clear. Frank, our driver, got us to each destination safely and comfortably! We’ve had the best day! We added the helicopter and river tour during our bus ride, and hands down was 100% PLUS, worth the extra expense. The beauty from the canyon floor looking up and around was breathtaking, and an experience we will remember the rest of our lives. Thank you John and Frank for your wonderful service! This trip is highly recommended!!!

John the tour guide, made the journey fun and informative, while Frank our driver drove safe. Seeing the Hoover Dam and walking the glass Skywalk were incredible, but taking the optional helicopter and boat ride down to the Colorado River was the ultimate highlight. Lunch was included, water bottles were provided and good amount of rest stop. I highly recommend this tour!

The helicopter ride is a must. Seeing the Grand Canyon from inside it and then from the sky was priceless. The bus was very comfortable, with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a bathroom. Our guide, John R., was amazing: knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. He took pictures for anyone who wanted them and made the trip fun and comfortable for everyone. Unfortunately, our driver, Frank, was rude. He didn’t respond when I greeted him as I boarded. Later, I misplaced my ticket while getting off the bus, and after about 30 seconds he sharply told me to hurry up, even though the bus remained there for another five minutes. He also spoke rudely to some Chinese passengers who sat in different seats on the return trip. His attitude really affected the mood, and I hope the tour company addresses it. The food was also very poor; I’d skip the meal option. Aside from that, I recommend the tour, especially the helicopter ride and John as a guide.
