旅行者は美しいWilpattu国立公園でサファリをすることができます。 Wilpattu国立公園（Willu-pattu;ランドオブレイクス）はスリランカの島に位置する公園です。この公園のユニークな特徴は、 "Willus"（自然の湖）の存在です - 雨水でいっぱいになっている自然の、砂に縁取られた流域または窪み。スリランカの北西海岸低地乾燥地帯に位置しています。この公園はアヌラーダプラの西30キロ、プッタラムの26キロ北（コロンボの180キロ北）にあります。公園は1,317平方キロメートル（131、693ヘクタール）で、海抜0から152メートルの範囲です。約60の湖（Willu）とタンクがWilpattu中に広がっています。 Wilpattuはスリランカで最大かつ最も古い国立公園の1つです。 Wilpattuは、そのヒョウ（Panthera pardus kotiya）の人口のために世界的に有名なトップ国立公園の一つです。

Neel from Sri Shannon tours did two tours for us, one day trip to Wilpattu national park and one over night tour to Mirissa and Galle. Everything was well organised, on time, friendly and flexible. Neel made all the arrangements and this was all reasonably priced. He was knowledgeable and helpful and happy to let us explore and dictate the pace of the tours (except for the timings for the Wilpattu jeep and whale watching boat in Mirissa which were set times). We enjoyed both tours and would recommend Neel for any of them.
Had a fantastic day trip with Sri Shannon Tours to Willpatu National Park from Negombo. Neel arrived right on time, and the drive was comfortable and had AC which was much appreciated. Neel was accompanied by his son Shannon and both were really helpful and friendly. The safari was great - we saw buffalo, deer, crocodiles, monitor lizards and were even lucky to see a Leopard! Neel went above and beyond to make our day comfortable and enjoyable, stopping at temples and to get some food on the way back. Thanks so much for a wonderful day, would definitely recommend Sri Shannon Tours!
