I can't rate this tour highly enough. Our group included 2 young children, a teenager and some elderly adults with mobility issues. The trip was part of my Mum's 80th birthday celebration and James, our guide and Dan, the driver were amazing. They immediately made everyone feel at ease and valued. The luxury minibus was great, spacious and Dan did a great job of working with James to provide a seamless experience. James' knowledge of Liverpool history, pop culture and social aspects is second to none. He is really flexible in his approach and worked with us, using our feedback to adapt the tour to what was most appreciated - no scripts here - just deep knowledge coupled with a lovely way of interacting with people. I highly recommend.
James is considered one of the very best guides and you’re right his mannerism and calmness coupled with that knowledge and attention to detail really makes a difference and we are very proud of him and I know he will be delighted with your review. We only use the very best transport and Dan’s vehicles are beautiful, thanks for such a lovely review. Neil
