Friendly and caring staff, you kayak for a bit so bring water. Sunscreen definitely! We arrived around 10 for the 11 excursion and parking was easy.

They were super easy to locate on the beach. Sebastian was wonderful as a guide. The kayak and snorkle near the cliffs was excellent! Both he and Sophie were so nice to provide advice for travel arrangements afterward.

It was really a nice experience :) Ivan was very nice and was able to tell many interesting things. His English was very understandable.

If r was good length for time and sites we got to see. Guide was very good and thorough.

As total beginners to both kayaking and snorkeling and being closer to 50 than 40, my partner and I debated doing this tour for a couple of days before deciding to go for it. Best decision of the holiday!! Booked through GetYourGuide and recieved confirmation and joining instructions shortly afterwards. Ivan greeted us on arrival and,once everyone had arrived, we were given a tub to put any valuables in, a life jacket, a dry bag, and an oar. Ivan then gave us a short briefing about the tour, what to expect, how to control the kayak and what to do in an emergency. We then set off at a gentle pace towards the headland with regular stops to keep the group together and to share information on the marine life, history of La Herradura and surrounding areas. We rowed around the headland to Virgin Mary cave where we rowed into the cave for a look around before rowing back to a shingle beach for the snorkelling. We were given masks and shown how to use them, and then had 30 minutes to explore as we wanted. The water is amazingly clean and there were many species of fish to be seen. After the snorkelling it was a short padel back to the beach where the tour ends. A particular mention to Ivan, who was friendly, helpful and had a wealth of information to share.

Superb sea trip 😍 the reserve is rich in biodiversity. Beautiful place.

We saw lots of fishes and it is especially great that this host minds the nature and collects trash from the ocean during the trip. Some other guide in La Herradura offering Kayak tours that we saw went way too close to protected areas, I highly recommend choosing Activ8you for your kayaking adventure :)

A highly recommended experience. Iván was very kind and approachable, he explained everything great and was attentive to everyone. The route does not feel long at all. Beautiful views, a lot of marine diversity. In short, we would definitely do it again!
